We got to cover this beautiful fairy tale wedding with some of the nicest people we have ever met. When you get to spend quality time with the couple and their families even before the wedding, you tend to make a lifetime of bond with them. This was one such wedding where we were a part of everything, including the selection of the decor! We truly are blessed to be in this zone of trust.
Ankita and Avinash are one of the most sweetest couple we've met and they just compliment each other so well. Ankita is a sweet, bubbly and a lovable person and Avinash is calm, thoughtful and a fun guy!
We had our fun team working on this together and Mahesh and his beautiful candid moments livened up this wedding.
The wedding festivities began at Ankita's house. It was such a warm environment that we had to consciously realize that we were doing our jobs, because it felt like we were a part of their family taking pictures casually. We get at our creative best when we are at ease.
The following day we visited Avinash's house for the rituals. This was very new to us. Witnessing different cultures and their rituals is always a pleasure. The common theme of every wedding remains the same, but how we approach the wedding remains so different. We would probably never get bored of covering a wedding.
We got to assemble so many people for a group picture while the chai was still brewing upstairs.
The next day all of us were at the venue for the wedding at the beautiful Aadya Farms. The setup and decor was wonderfully done by Prabhu and his team from Temple Bells Event Planners. A big shout out to them.
We had Ankita's haldi ceremony followed by the Sangeet and everything was done so smoothly despite the rains that never ceased.
Despite the last minute stage setup done indoors, we truly had an amazing time covering this event. Everyone had fun even when they forgot their steps and that's when we get the most of the candid moments. After all, wedding is supposed to be fun for everyone who comes to witness the unity of two souls in love.
Avinash and his family made grand entrance with the Dhol leading the Baarat. It was fast, happening and thoroughly entertaining.
We love this frame where Avinash is eagerly waiting to see his bride and in the next image you can see how this was reciprocated.
Like we mentioned, this was a fairy tale wedding, and the decor proves it perfectly. The beautiful setup of the reception stage and the pathway leading to it were so aesthetically done. We will stop our chatter and let you enjoy the pics.
